General Guidelines for Authors
Manuscript Preparation
• Authors must use the RDCINP Journal's official template for manuscript preparation.
• Begin each new paragraph clearly, ensuring smooth flow and readability.
• Tables and figure legends must be presented on separate pages at the end of the manuscript.
• Number all pages consecutively throughout the manuscript.
• Manuscripts must be spell-checked using reliable word processing tools prior to submission.
• Excessive use of italics and bold text within the manuscript should be avoided.
• The manuscript should be clear, precise, and logically structured, and should not exceed 4,000 words.
Abstract and Keywords
• The Abstract must be informative and self-contained, clearly stating the research problem, the methodology, major findings, and key conclusions.
• The Abstract should be written in past tense and contain 150 to 250 words.
• Authors should provide 3–5 keywords not already mentioned in the title, to enhance discoverability through indexing and abstracting services.
Introduction
• The Introduction must provide clear background information, a statement of the research problem, relevant literature, the proposed approach or solution, and highlight the research’s innovation or novelty.
• It should be written to be understandable by readers from a broad range of scientific disciplines.
Research Methods
• The research design and procedures must be described chronologically and systematically.
• Descriptions should be supported by appropriate references to establish scientific credibility.
Tables and Figures
• All tables and figures must be centered on the page.
• Ensure that each table and figure is cited appropriately in the text.
Results and Discussion
• Present research findings clearly and accompany them with a comprehensive discussion.
• Discussion should interpret the results and explain their significance, drawing comparisons with prior studies where relevant.
Conclusion
• The Conclusion should reflect whether the objectives stated in the Introduction have been achieved through the Results and Discussion.
• Authors are encouraged to highlight the potential development and application of the research findings in future studies.
References
• All references must be cited in the text.
• Only cited references should appear in the Reference section at the end of the manuscript.
Submission Compliance
• Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines will be returned to the author for correction.
• Only manuscripts submitted in the correct format and style will be considered for peer review by the Editorial Board.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure compliance with all of the following items. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors for revision.
• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal. If under consideration elsewhere, an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor section.
• The submission file is in one of the following formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been included to facilitate access and verification.
• The manuscript text is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font size, and employs italics instead of underlining (except for URLs). All illustrations, figures, and tables are embedded within the text at appropriate points, not placed at the end of the manuscript.
