Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process before publication. The RDCINP Journal applies a single-blind peer review system, where the identities of reviewers are concealed from the authors.

The peer review workflow consists of the following steps:
Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the online submission system.
Initial Screening and Selection
The editorial team checks the manuscript’s compliance with the journal's scope, format, and originality.
Plagiarism Checking
Each submission is screened using Turnitin. Manuscripts must have less than 20% overall similarity and no more than 3% similarity with any single source.
Assignment to Reviewers
Each manuscript is assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript topic.
Peer Review Process
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on scientific validity, originality, clarity, ethical compliance, and relevance.
Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' reports, the editor makes one of the following decisions:
Acceptance without Revisions
The manuscript is accepted for publication without any changes.
Acceptance with Minor Revisions
The manuscript is accepted after the author makes minor corrections as suggested by reviewers or editors.
Acceptance with Major Revisions
The manuscript is conditionally accepted, requiring significant changes before final acceptance.
Revise and Resubmit
The manuscript requires substantial revision and will undergo another round of peer review after resubmission.
Rejection
The manuscript is declined and will not be published.
Manuscript Revision
If revisions are requested, the author must revise the manuscript accordingly and submit the revised version within the stipulated time.
Second Review (If Necessary)
Major revisions are reviewed again by the original reviewers or alternative reviewers.
Final Acceptance and Galley Proof Preparation
Once revisions are satisfactorily completed, the manuscript proceeds to final acceptance, followed by galley proof preparation.
Publication
After author approval of the galley proof, the manuscript is published in the upcoming journal issue.
Note: Steps 1 to 5 constitute the first round of the peer review process. A manuscript typically undergoes at least two rounds before final acceptance.
